We have located 3 CPU appeals that made it to full judgement in Appeals Court. Each of these appeals was judged against CPU. In each case the three participating judges were Former District Attorneys who had worked in the same location as the State Prosecuting Attorney in the CPU cases. The judges mentioned above are Judge Strankman, Judge Stein, and Judge Swager.
